We understand the importance of confidentiality in the medical and business fields. Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or sensitive information private, including patient referral data, strategy documents, pricing, and communications.

6. Payment Terms
All payments are due according to the terms in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest or result in paused services. Custom pricing, retainer models, and project fees are governed by your signed agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." Physician Referral Network, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the performance of referral campaigns. We do not guarantee specific patient volume results.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice per the terms outlined in your agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and proprietary materials must be returned or deleted.

9. Privacy and HIPAA Compliance
We take privacy seriously and operate in accordance with HIPAA regulations where applicable. We do not request or store protected health information (PHI) unless clearly stated and agreed upon in writing.

10. Changes to Terms
Physician Referral Network, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas.
